What do you know about perfume' Most people know what perfume is and many people use it themselves. When men use perfume, it is typically called cologne and the term 'perfume' refers to a female's brand. There are also perfumes for the home and car, etc. but the most common associated with the word is the kind you use on your body.
People use the scent of perfume to enhance their smell. They might want to be more attractive to someone (such as a potential mate) or they may just enjoy the smell. There are so many different scents available and different marketing strategies are used. There are basic perfumes that you could pick up at a local Wal-Mart or similar location that are $10-40 a bottle and will last you awhile even if you wear perfume every day.
There are also designer perfumes and imported perfumes that can only be located in specific places. Many of these perfumes can run from $100 for a small bottle all the way up to thousands of dollars for less than an ounce. It's amazing what some people will pay for perfume but most of us stick to more affordable bottles.
There are designer fragrances that can sometimes be found at discount, saving you money. Be on the look out for imitations of the designers. Many imitations spell the same and if you want an imitation, it may be a great choice. But if you think you are getting the real thing, you will be very disappointed to get a copy.
You can look for perfume online and also find it much cheaper sometimes. Perfume makes a great gift for someone but works better if you know the person and can choose accordingly. The best perfume will complement the person that is wearing it.
